The Grand Illusion Cinema is a non-profit volunteer run theater. It is also the oldest continuously running theater in Seattle. You can help support this cinematic treasure by becoming a member or volunteering your time. If you would like to volunteer, please email us at volunteering@grandillusioncinema.org. BUY MEMBERSHIP

As of January 2023, memberships have gone 100% digital/paperless. We are no longer mailing membership cards to you and you can identify as a member at the box office. Free passes will be available in your online account and free popcorn benefits will be redeemed at the box office. Questions: memberships@grandillusioncinema.org

Member – $40

Receive reduced admission for films at The Grand Illusion Cinema and invitations to member-only events. Entire amount is tax-deductible.

Patron – $100

Receive discounted tickets for two, plus a pass for 2 to two movies of your choice, 5 free popcorn coupons, and invitations to member-only events. $88 is tax-deductible.

Sponsor – $250

Receive discounted tickets for two, plus a pass for 2 people to five movies of your choice, free popcorn, and invitations to member-only events. $190 is tax-deductible.

* Members, Patrons and Sponsors will be asked to renew yearly.

Producer – $1000

Receive discounted tickets for two, plus a pass for 2 people to twenty movies of your choice, free popcorn, and your ticket discount is good forever. Producers may be formally recognized in the newsletter from time to time along with a description or amount of gift. $750 is tax-deductible.

Cineaste – $5000+

Receive discounted tickets for two, plus a pass for two-years of free movies, free popcorn, and your ticket discount is good forever. Cineastes may be formally recognized in the newsletter from time to time along with a description or amount of gift. $4,376 is tax-deductible.
